When we hear about Oakland, California, most are frightened or have probably heard horror stories about one of the best cities in the Bay Area. While Oakland is probably not the safest place around, it is one of the world’s top evolving cities.
Oakland native, MC Hammer took some time out to give us an insider’s guide to his hometown, from his favorite Jack London Square restaurants to the artsy, creative atmospheres the Bay is known for.
